As a DevOps Analyst, your skills in business analysis, DevOps, and quality assurance will be essential. Proficiency in various types of testing, user acceptance testing, and tools like JIRA, Selenium, and iSpring will be highly advantageous. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Linux-based infrastructure and SQL is also desirable.

Hi, my name is Liang Yet Lew and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2001, when I took a role as Application Support Specialist in the Customer Service team. Gaining more hands-on experience in solution support and projects has always fascinated me, so from there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Team Lead role. In 2012, I moved to a management role, being Team Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Delivery Quality.
