This position supports the Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) Operations Service Management team. The selected candidate will assist the Service Management team in consolidating multiple Service Catalogs, creating and maintaining Knowledge Management content, and developing Asset Management capabilities in ServiceNow. Will provide leadership of development for cloud provisioning and ServiceNow data migration. This position can be located at the Lockheed facility in Denver, CO; Orlando, FL; King of Prussia, PA or Sunnyvale, CA.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Glide script
- Demonstarted expereince with ServiceNow - Webservice integration with third party application
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft suite office tools (MS Word, Excel, etc)
Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- ServiceNow Service Catalog Application
- ServiceNow workflows
