Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL Group working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing, and other services.

Job Purpose:

• Organize and maintain employee records in HR Systems, update internal HR databases and prepare payroll documents. 

Your tasks:

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare Payroll documents.
• Answer queries about HR- system related issues.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Your profile:

• Work experience in HR administration or Payroll
• Very Good Communication skills – English/ French spoken and written
• Experiences in French Payroll will be an advantage  
• Minimum diploma in HR ( Bac +2)
• Excellent Presentation, facilitation, and training skills
• Customer oriented approach
