Position Summary...

Seeking a highly skilled and certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistent customer service delivery, improve quality control, and provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.

About Central Fill Pharmacy:
The Central Fill Pharmacy team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in medication dispensing. The team operates with a focus on innovation, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in achieving these goals by developing and implementing robust quality assurance processes.

This is a full-time, onsite position. Must be able to cover an 8 hour shift within a 8am - 6pm window.

What you'll do...

• Perform quality audits and provide feedback to agents and managers.

• Analyze key quality drivers and create comprehensive quality reports.

• Develop and drive process improvements to enhance quality control.

• Identify training needs and update training documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business solutions and ensure compliance with company standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with extensive experience in quality assurance.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively.

• Proven track record in process improvement and training development.

• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

The hourly wage range for this position is $25.60-$38.40*

? 

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
