Responsibilities:Â Â
Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of CDI programs, ensuring alignment between CDI roadmap and cross-functional dependencies and business goals.Â
Implement and lead metrics-driven program management using OKRs, KPIs, and SLOs, while monitoring progress, tracking dependencies, and addressing risks and alignment issues.Â
Stay informed on innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in the digital identity space, integrating relevant advancements into our offerings.Â
Champion process enhancements to boost oversight, awareness, impact, and adoption, while improving quality and efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.Â

Requirements:Â Â
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Â
5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years as a Staff, Technical Program Manager in the customer data, IAM, and privacy domains.
Strong understanding of at least one of the following data technologies: Data ingestion, data lakes, data warehouse, graphs, identity resolution, analytics, self-serve portals, data clean room.Â

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00?Â
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.?Â
