Residential HVAC Service Technician - Military veterans preferred

We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team today! Service technicians will travel to each client's home where you will listen to their needs, diagnose, and repair with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

~Deliver Exceptional Service to Ensure Customer Satisfaction
~Establish a Great Rapport with the Customers
~Travel to Each Home or Business as Scheduled
~Listen to Each Client's Concerns and Determine Their Needs
~Inspect HVAC Systems for Safety and Efficiency
~Perform Diagnostic Service Calls
~Perform Necessary Repairs
~Perform Preventative Maintenance and Check-Up Visits
~Perform Warranty Service Calls When Necessary
~Be Proficient in Sales of Maintenance Plans
~Complete All Required Paperwork
~Ticket Completion on Every Job and Office Communication
~Maintain Truck Stock and Inventory
~Keep Truck and Clean and Organized
~On-Call Rotation
~Follow All Company Operating Procedures and Handbook Guidelines
~Adhere to All Safety Policies and Procedures
~Ability to Meet Performance Metrics

Qualifications:

~1 yr minimum experience in HVAC service and repair
~High School Diploma or Equivalent
~A valid NC Drivers license
~EPA Certification
~Ability to handle physical workload
~Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
~Strong communication skills
~Basic technology skills
