Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your comprehensive understanding of internal control frameworks to design, implement, and maintain effective control systems.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting financial reporting and compliance.
Work closely with control performers to review processes, provide recommendations for improvements, and enhance the overall control environment.
Effectively convey complex control concepts to stakeholders at all levels, promoting awareness and understanding of internal controls.
Regularly monitor and evaluate control assessments, adapting to changing business environments and risks.
Perform self-assessments of controls, review evidence of execution, and conduct assessments in the ICON system.
Provide training and guidance on control frameworks and mentor peers and team members.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years in auditing, accounting, or compliance, with a strong understanding of internal control principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in assessing and improving control environments; experience with modern Finance/ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
