Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring/implementation of HSE Plan & procedures at regional WH’s.

  • Keeping WH manger posted of latest HSE legal regulations.

  • Preparation of Emergency Response Plans (ERP) in line with the requirement of Client.

  • Developing HSE audit check lists and audit programs and programs for general safety at regional WH’s.

  • Maintaining HSE statistics and provide project statistical information.

  • Developing material for regular toolbox talks for daily, weekly and monthly

  • Participating in HSE-Meetings.

  • Advising procurement department on purchase of the right type of PPE and safety equipment.

  • Participating in incident / accident investigations.

  • Shall provide guidance and leadership to the construction team for implementation of the HSE Plan, and ERP.

  • Fulfill the requirements of the HSE policy, Contract HSE plan.

  • Guiding WH management in the effective implementation of the HSE plan.

  • Addressing weekly HSE-Meetings for all employees.

  • Conducting site inspections.

  • Participating in HSE-Audits.

  • Prepare Monthly HSSE reports and check list regularly and submit to Client on date as agreed.

  • Checking up keeping of tools, tackles, lifting machines with the help of company’s O&M group.

  • Carryout daily safety checks on use of PPE.

  • Promoting safety consciousness at site.

  • Monitoring waste disposal is in accordance with the waste management manual requirement.

  • Conducting & guiding all the emergency exercises.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Basic knowledge of the Safety environment or risk and enhanced knowledge of logistics Safety for 3 to 5 years

  • Graduation or Diploma in HSE
