Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management - Ensure inventory is accurate, proper and high levels of service is delivered.
Organize and conduct regular cycle counts and do a proper recon.
Conduct regular bin audits to ensure that system and physical stocks are aligned adequately. Provide RCA for exceptions and discrepant.
Conduct regular bin audits and report discrepancy and provide RCA & CAPA.
Do regular planography to ensure bin & Warehouse utilization is optimized.
Ensure all Returns are accounted with data backup.
Develop and implement effective mechanism for stock visibility, stock accuracy resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement effective tools and monitoring for conducting bin audits to ensure discrepant dispatches are avoided.

Customer Management - Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion, communication, and reports are published on time.
Delivering High Performance - Ensure all service provided meet Customer & DHL’s requirement.
Process Improvement - Ensure that the SOPs are being followed and adhered to by warehouse / Ensure SLA are met and actions to be taken to ensure all KPIs are met as agreed.
Developing Others - Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills ( XMS Knowledge End to End )
Planning & Organizing - Identifying and understanding each customer’s needs to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved.
Safely and Quality Assurance - Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift / Participate in DSC quality policy and initiatives.
Active participation in MBRs and sharing MOM and further closure follow-ups
