Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a highly specialized position for creating and implementing the talent acquisition infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization.

Key Responsabilities

  • Collaborates with Human Resource Business partners, Business leaders and CoE to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed
  • Effectively manage team of recruiters to drive performance and achieve recruitment operational efficiencies
  • Delivering a high- quality experience for our candidates and hiring managers
  • Providing comprehensive internal and external recruitment strategy to meet demand plan, based on market knowledge/research, external network, and existing internal programs
  • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong qualified talent pool
  • Designing and developing innovative and high affect Young Talent programs and processes align with local and Global requirements and local needs
  • Additional job functions would include, pre-screening candidates, project management in various functional areas at any given time, partnering with global
  • Developing and executing recruitment branding and marketing initiatives
  • Responsibilities include and not limited to managing requisitions, updating, and managing our internal ATS, achieving recruiting metrics and reporting key accomplishments
  • Compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, company profiles to team members and business leaders
  • Oversee pre-employment processĀ 
  • Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and DHL policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics
