Ensure that the safety, security and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis; |
Managed the team to report timely any near misses, incidents, unsafe conditions & behavior and provide OPR and RCA as per guidelines |
Review and finalized the RCA ( Root Cause Analysis) on Safety incidents |
Ensure to conduct BBS conversation & GEMBA daily as per schedule area |
Managed Over-all MHE and Facility KPI's (MHE Availability, Facility Defects, Preventive Maintenance) |
Ensure that the MHEs and other Resources (Devicies) are enough to support the operations requirement and escalate to managed any potential risk and help needed. |
Managed to close all pending and open action items related to Safety, Quality, Operational issues related the MHE and Facility services. |
Support OE-QA and Safety Programs |
Coach the Supervisor team to deliver the holistic set of objectives of the Operations/Technical Team directly linked to the 3 bottom lines, customer SLA’s and any other mandatory considerations |
Lead smooth execution of operational priorities towards achievement of business goals |
Coordinates with DHL Operations LTs and P&G Counter part the daily operations game plan, focus areas, prioritization and help needed on any issues encounter. |
Ensure all agreed contructual KPI are achieved with daily review on the KPI status and gaps need to be address immediately |
Align and discuss the business directions to the team and coach and develop the LTs to meet the bussiness goals |
Ensure OMS Roles & Responsibilities are signed off by every leader and stored in the operation |
Communicate Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (Second Line Leadership) |
Support the definition of OMS Roles & Responsibilities ramp-up, adjusting the implementation stages to your work environment and starting point |
Schedule and facilitate PD and meeting with the team to further improve operations, fix gaps/ issues etc. |
Attends and participate Customers schedule meeting such as Operations/MHE and Facility meeting, KPI review and others (MHE/Facility vendor meeting) |
