The Lead Logistics Partner division is seeking a dedicated professional to manage logistics networks for our global customers. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for managing customer logistics contracts and vendor relationships.
Foster strong partnerships across regional teams to support customer needs.
Collaborate with customers to enhance and implement supply chain solutions.
Assist in contract renewals and procurement processes with a focus on long-term strategy.
Lead projects and provide analytical support, including data analysis and reporting.
Manage escalations and facilitate communication between customers and operational teams.
Oversee the commercial aspects of logistics contracts and lead change management processes.
Requirements:
Strong matrix management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven success in account management and procurement within high-profile customer organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and business case creation.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in international logistics, preferably in program management or sales roles.
Willingness to travel within EMEA occasionally.
