Responsibilities
Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network
Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities
Conduct research meetings with the customers and leverage coach network to understand the customer's organization, requirements and business objectives
Present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers, engage in negotiations and close the deal
Successfully identify, manage and develop a customer pipeline
Lead the preparation and presentation of tender proposal and sales presentation to existing and target accounts
Build information base of target customers business and Supply chain needs and build specific value offerings in the proposal
Develop trust relationships with customers in a win-win atmosphere
Work with Head / Regional BD transport & Regional Operations Directors to develop strategic capabilities
Coordinate the cross business development, Identify opportunities to exploit the collaboration and delivery agenda with other Group Companies.
Development of a clear IBP for the Warehousing / Transport business
Through market research and sector knowledge drive the “where next” agenda
Achieve set targets, develop and promote the companies brand
Requirements
Qualifications Education Level – Graduate & PG from reputed institute. Experience Level – 15 to 18 Years
Ability to understand and interpret industry requirements
Self-starter with a vision. Drives ambition in self and others
Able to influence senior management of customers and within
Broad commercial acumen
Account Management tools and practice
Relationship Management, cultural awareness and empathetic style
