The Project Administrator reports to the Operations Analyst and is responsible for office support, accounting administration and reporting necessary to keep project running smoothly. Will work in conjunction with Project team in a very fast paced environment.   
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Process weekly payrolls.
  • Submit labor compliance reports using LCP Tracker and monthly manpower summary reports.
  • Perform basic accounting functions including expense reports and processing invoices.
  • Track and maintain subcontractor records, review and assess labor compliance documents, and insurance.
  • Process new hire trade employees according to Policies and Procedure manual.
  • Arrange travel transportation and accommodations for field staff.
  • Maintain filing system (including project directory and subcontractor index).
  • Order, track and maintain personal assets.
  • Track and assign safety training.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, able to multitask, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to details. 
  • Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization. 
  • Previous Construction experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge in union collective bargaining agreement, labor compliance, certified payroll, prevailing wage, skilled and trained, PLA, and/or Davis Bacon Act a plus. 

 Salary depends on experience.  Range is $25.00 - 32.00 per hour.
