Site Manager - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements operational strategies with direct impact on the objectives and results in the scope of responsibility.


• Makes managerial decisions and recommendations in order to achieve operational and cost effective results; preventing critical delays in assigned work and eliminating the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.


• Is accountable to his/her direct superior for the delivery of strategic operational results


• Provides support and coordination to peers on the implementation of company policies, programs and initiatives


• Oversees overall people processes in the respective DCs to ensure compliance with Human Resource policies


• Estimates staffing needs, schedules, and assigns work to subordinates


• Coordinates with the HR Department in the recruiting and selecting process.


• Develops and evaluates performance targets and goals

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in warehouse operations management especially in Retails business is preferable 


• Background in customer relations management


• Understanding of logistics business


• Project management skills


• Cross-cultural management skills


• Financial and budgeting skills


• Thai and English language skills required
