This role is responsible for the detailed operational implementation of the performance tracking / management tools and providing the skills transfer to the operational team

Responsibilities:
• Act as the data system spokesman by promoting the usage and importance of data
• Create and drive data culture by encouraging site to use the tools that were implemented and showing them the important of having data
• Monitor and ensure data quality by conducting checks
• Encourage operations to make decision based on data analysis tools
• Propose solution to catch up performance data
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Experience working within Supply Chain Operations is a plus
• With basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Strong database concept
• Familiar with data process (sorting, consolidation, clustering)
• Good at both Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• As a team player with well-cooperative and communication skills
