Location: East of England Showground, Peterborough (PE2 6XE)
Work Patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (09:30-17:30)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)

What does the role entail?

As part of your normal duties, whilst providing a high level of customer service, you will:

• To provide fleet management support for the Volkswagen Group demonstrator fleets
• Pro-actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting in line with the brands differing requirements
• Provide detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings
• Update the brands throughout the month to ensure their ordering, registration and defleet targets are met and on time
• Work with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets
• Use the monthly and weekly reports to analyse fleet trends and ensure the integrity of data is maintained
• Support the employee loan program, bookings and communicating with the VW brand around booking and handovers onsite for VWG California program
• Process the post and chase PCNS / Fines
• Order and Register vehicles for the VWG brand

What do we need from you?

• Previous and proven track record in a customer service environment is essential
• Strong communicator at various levels (verbal and written) with the ability to assess individual customer needs
• Strong Administration and Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
• Automotive/Fleet/Motor Industry experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
