The plumbing project supervisor oversees the planning, execution and completion of plumbing projects, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Supervise all plumbing activities on job sites, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure work aligns with project specifications, blueprints, and local plumbing codes.
Team Management:
Lead mentor, and manage plumbing teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to maintain project timeliness.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Develop project schedules, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Collaborate with the other trades and project stakeholders to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with all regulations.
Address and resolve and defects, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues promptly.
Safety Management:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members comply with
OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Conduct job site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
Budget and Cost Control:
Monitor project budgets and track expenses to avoid cost overruns.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Documenting and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used and labor hours
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in plumbing and project supervision.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and industry codes.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Journeyman or Master plumber license
Experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects.

Work environment:
This role is a combination of on-site and office work, with frequent visits to job sites. Flexibility to travel and work in varying conditions may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Business hours will be 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
Onsite visits with customers and contractors to discuss and advise on plumbing projects.
Make proper material lists for proposed work.
Applying for permits and coordinating inspections with contractors/customers.
Onsite visits with technicians to start projects.
Onsite visits during and after completion of the project.
Helping to maintain the Carroll culture.
Educating and mentoring technicians and apprentices.
Working with dispatch to help with scheduling calls.
Having a firm understanding of Service Titan.
Understanding of job costing and margins.
Keeping up to date with all local and state plumbing codes.
Being available by phone for the on-call technicians.
Disconnecting and onsite troubleshooting will be a requirement of this job as well.
It will be the responsibility of the supervisor to keep his/her billing up to date. Contractor billing is to be turned in weekly and service is to be turned in daily.
Manage company and customer expectations.
Proposals are to be submitted to the customer and stored on the shared drive within 24hrs of your site visit with the homeowner/contractor.

Compensation:
Base salary $50,000.00 plus 4% commission, with a profit margin over 35%
Company fuel card to be used during normal operating hours of Carroll.
Vehicle and cell phone compensation $125.00 per week
3 weeks' vacation per year
