Purpose :

Responsible for driving the branch revenues of a product/ product category through effective sales process management

2. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operational

·       Drive product revenues in the branch through the branch and area sales teams

·       Implement product-specific sales and marketing plans for driving revenues, market share andprofitability of the product in the branch

·       Meet product yield targets in the branch; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targets

·                     Ensure that the branch achieves collections as per set logic remittance and DSO target

·                     Ensure updation of prospects details in saffire software package on a daily basis

·                     Communicate & interact with internal & external customers on service issues

People

·                     Provide direction, guidance and support to employees within the product sales team in the branch to help them discharge their duties effectively

·                     Ensure that the product sales team in the branch is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements
