Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics or similar field of studies
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Having a minimum 4 years of logistics experience, preferably in transportation,
  • Good communication skills for managing coordination between customer,program manager, and local team
  • Working systematical and regular, strong follow up skill
  • Working on customer oriented and must act self-initiative if it is needed
  • Understanding of business structures, influences and requirements of customers
  • Analytical and problem solving oriented
  • Good command of MS Office programs, Power BI skills is an advantage,
  • Good presentation skills,
  • KPI reporting and following up the results,
  • Residing at Istanbul (preferably European side)
  • Knowledge of transportation activities (preferably LSHC)

Job Description:

  • Reporting, following up and improving projects,
  • Customer management
  • Following up performance, cost, data analysis to improve the efficiency
  • Creating KPI reports weekly and monthly basis,
  • Executing cost distributions and P&L
  • Reporting and financial management of costs and customer invoices
  • Following up GoGreen, Business Continuity Management, Incident Management, Logistics reporting process,
  • Managing Quality Self Assessment process
  • Management of transportation procurement and vendor relations
