About the Position:
The Leasing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Leasing Department and plays a critical role coordinating with other departments such as, Legal, Property Management, and Construction. The Leasing Administrative Assistant collects, reviews, and analyzes leasing documents and reports, and provides general administrative support to the Office and Industrial team and Senior Vice President of Office and Industrial.

Job Responsibilities:
- The Leasing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules with clients and other professionals, ensuring meetings are appropriately timed and support materials prepared well in advance.
- Updating the lease tracking report, net effective rent sheets, stacking plans, speculative suite tracking logs, monthly closed deal reports are all duties the Leasing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for.
- Leasing Administrative Assistant will maintain master lease documents (master leases for each property, master amendment forms, SNDA forms from lenders, master stipulations, etc.) and making all necessary and requested modifications to the master documents, in coordination with legal, property management, construction, insurance, etc.
- Processing tenant-executed commencement and estoppel agreements with the legal department to ensure officer execution.
- Distribute to the appropriate parties all tenant inquiries and general Office and Industrial correspondence.
- Leasing Administrative Assistant will distribute fully executed lease documents to all applicable parties using email distribution lists, submit management committee memorandums and lease analysis to management committee, and upload all documents for scanning and filing.
- Coordinate with property managers to obtain most recent rates for parking, after-hours HVAC, etc. after annual budgets have been completed.
- Compile and prepare reports and materials for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with the management of the electronic file maintenance and tracking of all department documents, agreements, licenses, policies and procedures.
- Provide any other administrative support or duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- This position is based in the corporate office and may require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to use internet and online state-operated databases to research and use deductive reasoning to determine the proper entity names for potential tenants and whether tenant entity is in good standing for all and new leases.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator/Corel Paint Shop Pro and Workshare Compare.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination education and experience.

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F. Saul Company & Affiliates total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
