Project Coordinator:

EPS is seeking project coordinator position.


Responsibilities


  • Help the sales manager with various duties.
  • Interface with EPS offices to identify target customers and opportunities
  • Interface with customers and EPS offices on request for proposals (RFP)
  • Complete substation services method of procedure (MOP) for setting up a job
  • Source equipment for job specifics
  • Issue purchase order (PO) request
  • Update proposal folders
  • Follow up on RFP issued to customers and EPS office
  • Work closely with projects managers on job by job basis


Qualifications


  • Ability to read electrical drawings and nameplates
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Clean, neat and professional appearance.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook, power point, MS project
  • Willingness to travel 15-20 % of the time. No restrictions on flying.

Desired Qualifications/Certifications (NOT required)

  • Some knowledge of electrical equipment
  • Minimum 2 year degree/certificate in electrical/mechanical study is a plus, but not necessary.
