Logistics Services Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our team. If you are passionate about driving efficiency, improving processes, and fostering a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily operations to boost overall effectiveness.
Create, revise, and validate work instructions for both new and existing processes.
Act as the primary escalation point for supplier performance issues and complaints.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Supervise communication with customers, carriers, and warehouses.
Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met and drive customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present analysis and reports for management and customer meetings.
Organize regular team meetings, provide coaching, and develop training plans.
Requirements:
Proven experience in team leadership and operations management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive cost-saving initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional partnerships.
Ability to motivate and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Experience in managing workflows and ensuring adequate coverage.
