YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

** The internship must be credit-bearing, requiring interns to earn academic credits during their program or as a graduation requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a focus group to understand and analyze the flow of international express inbound and outbound logistics operations
  • Work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement of process efficiency
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing data related to irregular dangerous goods cases
  • Collaborate with various internal parties to mitigate risks and enhance safety measures on dangerous goods handling
  • Participate in internal operations audits for dangerous goods to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory standards and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of project solutions
  • Track project progress to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to project goals
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics (Transportation Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management), Information System, Statistics, Industrial & Systems or related disciplines
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Excel, MS Wordand MS PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Interested to pursue career in logistics and express industry after graduation
  • Some part time working experience or internship experience is preferable
