Your role: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with flexible labour agencies, ensuring alignment with business needs, legal standards, and procurement strategy. You’ll secure consistent workforce supply, drive cost efficiency, and continuously improve service quality and performance across all metrics. 


What will we do together?

  • Developing, coordinating and improving temporary workforce processes in Poland,
  • Developing a cooperation strategy with suppliers,
  • Establishing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with preferred staffing agencies (regular meetings; managing the performance of key KPIs; ensuring suppliers follow appropriate standards in their delivery processes and tools),
  • Regularly assessing the risk of temporary staffing agencies in terms of contract execution,
  • Monitoring costs related to temporary labor and supporting optimization and cost-saving initiatives,
  • Building and maintaining internal databases and dashboards to monitor the quality and efficiency of cooperation with temporary work agencies,
  • Maintaining regular communication with internal stakeholders responsible for operational cooperation with temporary staffing agencies,
  • Supporting the procurement team in negotiations and in concluding/amending framework agreements with agencies,
  • Owning the compliance strategy and conducting audits with temporary staffing agencies,
  • Conducting regular market mapping in cooperation with staffing agencies,
  • Collaborating with the Recruitment Center in Poland.

Who are we looking for?
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong focus on data analysis; experience in a temporary staffing agency would be a plus;
  • Familiarity with regulations regarding the employment and legalization or temporary and foreign workers is a plus,
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint ; knowledge of Power BI would be an additional asset;
  • Building relationship skills;
  • Experience in managing external suppliers/contractors;
  • Strong communication skills  (both in-person and remote);
  • Good command of both English and Polish (written and spoken);
  • Willingness to travel on business trips (valid category B driving license required).
