Job Title: Manager – OMS (Implementation)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist business partner’s with project implementations for Order Management Solutions, creating procedure documents, training, conducting UATs, and managing hypercare post implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
- Set-up booking, billing process for customer operations.
- Align process with nominated forwarders / carriers, system integrations.
- Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
- Document solutions and decisions for Stakeholders to confirm.
- Chase owners or actions, escalates when required, ability to push-back in a documented way.
- Participate in the development process, collaborating with technical teams and other stakeholders
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), Data Entry Instructions (DEI), review and sign off.
- Create process documents and train internal user on the new development / alignments.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding, with vendor registration, creating operating procedures, and conducting training.
- Manage hypercare post implementation.
- Act as a key contact for technical issues.
- Maintain, drive, and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes.
- Manage large projects or processes from Initial analysis to project closure.
- Manages project in matrix organization
- Report issues to Senior Stakeholders
- May cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL Managers
- Provide technical guidance to :
- Line Managers and other key participants in GSC
- OMS leads, & OFR Regional and country heads

Required Skills/Abilities:
Â
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation projects.
- Project Management skills is essential.
- Ocean Freight knowledge is a must
- Experience in CargoWiseOne will have advantage.
- Proficiency with handling regional projects.
- Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Strong English skillset in verbal/written is required.
- Already practicing Agile or equivalent Project Management methodology.
- Strong analytical Skills.
- Extensive knowledge of, and compliance with DHL BUIT Governance process
- Ability to consistently manage demanding internal and external senior stakeholder
- Possess strong knowledge of various shipment documents
- Knowledge of mapping multiple systems with DHL systems/applications
- Knowledge of various EDI mappings and data elements
