We want someone passionate about engineering and problem solving
The ideal candidate will provide consulting services to inspect, evaluate, analyze, and design a variety of marine and waterfront structures, facilities, and infrastructure. You will contribute to multi-disciplinary teams of structural, geotechnical, mechanical, fire, and civil engineers working with SGH. You will be expected to have a strong technical background and problem-solving mindset to deliver creative solutions.

CompensationĀ
Anticipated annual base salary: $88,920 - $123,760. This range is a good-faith estimate provided pursuant to the Texas Pay Transparency Law. Ā
This position is eligible for SGHs discretionary annual performance bonus program.Ā
The actual salary offered may vary from the range, as permitted by the Texas Equal Pay Transparency Law, and will be based on several factors including the candidates experience and qualifications, education, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base salary is a part of SGHs industry-leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and competitive health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGHs Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.Ā
