We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant specializing in IT (Information Technology) with a focus on Analytics and ML (Machine Learning) Ops. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using technologies such as Azure, Google Cloud, Open Shift and Kubeflow, with strong ability in Python and SQL and NOSQL. A solid understanding of data engineering principles and excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential. Possibility to grow in machine learning, deep learning NLP and AI.

• Analytics & ML Ops Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and solutions using Azure, Google Cloud, and Kubeflow.
• Data Engineering: Build and refine data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and integration from various sources.
• Technical Expertise: Use Python and SQL, NOSQL, Vector databases for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of machine learning workflows.
• Solution Architecture: Develop scalable and robust ML Ops architectures that support the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Problem Solving: Find and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of ML Ops systems.
• Documentation: Create and keep comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics, ML Ops, and related technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on analytics and ML Ops.
• Technical Skills:

  - Ability in Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
  - Ability or willingness to master Open Shift
  - Extensive experience with Kubeflow for ML pipeline orchestration.
  - Advanced software engineering skills in Python.
  - Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and query optimization.
  - Solid understanding of data engineering principles and practices.

• Soft Skills:

  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  - Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
  - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  - High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Relevant certifications in Azure, Google Cloud, or data engineering are a plus.

My enduring interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence propelled me towards the AI & Analytics department, where I further honed my expertise. Subsequently, I embraced the leadership mantle, overseeing a team that prides itself on its multinational diversity and collaborative strength.
