Your role:Â To lead the digital agenda for the business. Acting in partnership to drive the strategic and tactical digital account plans and deliver business value. This role will ensure delivery of IT road maps to agreed time and budget in line with business strategy.

What will we do together?
Introducing innovations through technology into the company. Delivering enhancements to the existing IT environment, leveraging efficiency and creating value for both internal and external clients;
Coordinating processes related to change management by streamlining overall activity. This involves gathering requirements from the business, assessing the status, identifying the appropriate resources for implementing changes, ensuring quality and providing updates to stakeholders;
Supporting the implementation of business transformation programs in alignment with IT and product strategy;
Implementing new projects/systems/applications and changes to existing ones, as well as introducing improvements and identifying risk areas;
Maintaining relationships with external clients - conducting effective communication with external clients to support business development and ongoing operations;
Managing IT vendors within the area of responsibility;
Effectively managing project timelines, creating comprehensive deployment roadmaps and schedules;
Maintaining IT documentation in place. Supporting periodical quality audits;
Creating trust by aligning IT initiatives with business objectives. Driving business success;
Efficiently fostering good IT practices based on industry standards;
Be a decent team player.Â
Who are we looking for:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics (preferred); - Proficient in English; - Experience in managing and executing IT projects;
Experience in collaborating with external clients and the ability to build business relationships;
Understanding of the IT system development life cycle;
Understanding of IT system integration solutions and technologies;
Experience in IT Change Management;
Strong communication skills and ability to identify business needs;
Familiarity with TMS systems (preferred);
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies (preferred).
