JOB SUMMARY
The Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) management consultant will support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO), Electromagnetic Spectrum Enterprise Policy and Programs (EMSEPP) Directorate to engage comprehensively and proactively in technology development, policy?making and regulatory forums both within the United States and Internationally. As a result, the management consultant will aid the DoD CIO in actively pursuing technical and regulatory solutions that benefit the DoD while also understanding ever? changing electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) operational environments (EMOEs), global telecommunication markets and subsequent technology trends to support global EMS operations (EMSO) and robust public policy deliberations and decisions.
