We are hiring a receptionist in the front office of our manufacturing facility in Vancouver, WA. The receptionist will be responsible for answering the phones, greeting in-person visitors and assisting departments with administrative tasks. This is an onsite, full-time Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4 pm role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Support departments with mailings, copies, errands, and event coordination
• Scheduling meetings and events
• Receive, sort and route mail
• Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

• Minimum 2 years experience as a front office receptionist or administrator
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook; PowerPoint and Excel preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  Focused attention to detail
  Excellent customer service skills

The compensation range for this role is $20-24/hour. Generous benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation.
