Australian Customs Support Agent

DHL Express (Fiji) Pte Ltd invites applications for the above position to be based at the Suva Office.

YOUR TASKS:

• The Australian Customs Support Agent will facilitate the clearance of DHL shipments by doing data entry and provide assistance to the Customs Duty Team, based in Australia and will involve shift work for Five days a week.
• Information entered in the system need to be in accordance to the information available in commercial documents provided by the customer.
• Works well together with others and creates a constructive work atmosphere where the knowledge and contributions of others are regularly sought and welcome.
• Always seeks to make improvements, is open to new ideas and responds positively to changes.
• Willingness to work nightshifts.

Candidatesmustpossess the following skills and qualities: -

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in customsor Business Studies.
• Ability to perform under pressure and work under minimum supervision.
• Good Communication and Time Management skills
• Ability to type at 60 words per minute or above, more than95 percentaccuracy.
• Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Analytical & numeric capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal English knowledge
• Self-motivated, team player and fast learner
