Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key partners, volume consolidators, and ecommerce enablers to expand DHL’s market reach 
  • Lead a strategic expansion of retail franchisees nationwide
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective channel management and business development initiatives
  • Design and deliver programs that support channel partners in achieving mutual business goals, ensuring alignment with DHL's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the channel network.
  • Track, analyze, and report on channel performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of strategies and approaches to maintain, protect, improve and grow channel’s portfolios

 

Desired Skills / Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales channel management or in retail network management
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving channels’ network expansion
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Good communication and relationship building abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT) and CRM software.
