Strategic · Support Regional Sales Head in developing the short term and long term sales plans for the region in terms of revenues (product mix, volumes, profitability, number of customers, key accounts etc) Financial · Monitor product sales performance in terms of actual sales growth and profitability as against targeted numbers. Take appropriate steps to reduce deviations, if any · Ensure product yield targets in the region; Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set yield targets
Operational · Drive product revenues in the region through the branch and area sales teams; Oversee the entire product sales management process in the region and resolve issues, if any
