Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to drive opportunities in the US Federal Health marketplace, focusing on securing existing business and winning new single award contracts valued at (>50M). This role requires a commitment to ethical practices, strong business acumen, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be resourceful in managing process-driven captures and skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration with business development and management teams is essential, along with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of success in the federal health sector. Reporting to the President of Public Health & Scientific Research, the successful candidate will develop and execute capture strategies, assess, shape and qualify opportunities, orchestrate bid strategies, oversee proposal development, and foster a culture of ethical winning. Basic Compensation:Â $211,500.00 -$ 258,500.00 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. The client may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards.  An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
