Job Description: Provide benefits and retirement counseling and assistance with required paperwork provided to individual employees. Prepare service computation and retirement calculations timely and accurately. Provide VERA/VSIP and other workforce restructuring (RIF, Directed Reassignment) counseling and implementation support. Counsel and process personnel actions for Death Cases. Counsel and process personnel actions for Disability Retirement Cases. Counsel and complete/prepare paperwork for FERCCA cases. Counseling information accurately and timely. Maintaining working relationships with internal and external organizations.
