As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will drive insights, optimize operations, and support strategies that enhance the efficiency of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business operations and sales strategy. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the sales team to improve workflows, manage systems, and provide data-driven recommendations that drive performance.



Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Strategy

  • Generate and analyze weekly and quarterly sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales planning and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility.
  • Optimize and manage Dynamics365 CRM and other sales tools.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain sales performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.
  • Track and measure KPIs to assess sales effectiveness and support leadership decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc research for executive reports and strategic planning.

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement automation or optimization solutions.
  • Audit and manage data accuracy in sales systems to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance system functionality.

Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support expansion initiatives and strategic growth projects.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of Dynamics365 and other systems to enhance usability.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to generate sales reports and materials.
  • Maintain target lists, track progress, and provide updates to leadership


Qualifications



Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or a startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure solutions and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerBI, SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Dynamics365 or other CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
