Essential Functions

These are the job duties required of the position.

Essential Functions
  • Organizes and implements University student teaching evaluations to include management of multiple large and complex data sets used to launch student teaching evaluations with accuracy and in a timely manner using institutional software.
  • With collaboration and input from the University community, develops and implements institutional surveys to assess student experiences from their first year through post-graduation and provides useful information for decision-making.
  • Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of University survey data with special attention to improving the integration and use of data from separate University data collections and software systems.
  • Ensures appropriate dissemination of data and reports to the University community.
  • Supports University assessment in the analysis and use of assessment information.
  • Supports faculty in the use of the University’s system to collect and disseminate results of University student teaching evaluations.
  • Supports campus users in the development of surveys and the use of University survey systems.
  • Supports the University community in identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing the data and information needed for efficiency, continuous improvement, and decision-making.
  • Oversees implementation of the University’s survey policy.
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
  • Related duties as required.
