JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Create work schedules and procedures for their team
• Resolve questions or concerns from employees and customers
• Train new staff on their duties and company policies
• Order necessary supplies and equipment
• Prepare and send out invoices to customers
• Discuss and negotiate rates with new or existing suppliers
• Issue detailed shipping instructions to their team
• Follow up on shipments to ensure they were delivered correctly
• Practices security and safety rules in order to ensure best safety practices
• Other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum requirement - High school diploma or equivalent GED. Associate degree or bachelor’s
degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of prior shipping experience is required
