Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs across video surveillance, access control, and intercom systems.
  • Take charge of system installations and upgrades, ensuring flawless execution from pre-installation testing to final deployment.
  • Utilize your technical prowess to diagnose and resolve network and equipment issues, maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and management, contributing to the collective success of our installation projects.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience & Skillset: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in security system installations and maintenance, with a solid grasp of IP/CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom technologies.
  • Technical Savvy: Adept at reading and interpreting schematics and drawings, with a comprehensive understanding of network infrastructures and security equipment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated experience with security systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation thats able to accommodate a 6 ladder (Company vehicles are limited and currently not immediately available; however, they can be requested and will be allocated based on a waitlist system.)
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in various physical environments.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service demeanor.
