  • Collaborate with offshore teams to define, test, and productize innovative solutions, while working with QA engineering to create and review test plans and cases for software applications.
  • Execute test cases, record, and analyze results, and report defects or issues using bug tracking tools. Conduct manual testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
  • Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of testing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation.
  • Identify, track, and manage defects found during testing. Collaborate with the QA engineering and development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and retest fixed defects to ensure successful resolution.
  • Ability to learn new tools, languages, and operating systems with some training and on-the-job experience.
  • Analyse and address complex technical challenges and issues that arise during the software testing lifecycle. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Share your expertise and mentor test engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills, enabling them to rapidly deliver and learn.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Passionate about learning and helping others.
  • Implement best practices for quality, automated testing, and code reviews while continuously enhancing testing processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure software reliability, performance, and efficiency.
