Will be responsible for teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels while demonstrating an
awareness for and understanding of the needs of our diverse student population. This includes but
is not limited to developing relevant curricula, assisting with experiential learning, advising students and program assessment. The successful candidate should have a scholarly record in entrepreneurship and/or business and demonstrate a student-centered philosophy consistent with
teaching at Bowie State University.

Experience
Experience teaching courses in Design Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship and/or our capstone, Business Plan Design and the undergraduate and graduate levels while demonstrating an awareness for and understanding of the needs of our diverse student

Education
Ph.D. or DBA in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Experience leading and collaborating in an educational setting in the last three (3) years
  • Experience in teaching business and entrepreneurship courses
  • Experience teaching across modalities
  • Experience coordinating or administering academic programs
