Responsibilities

This position is remote but candidate must live in the vicinity of Ennis, TX or Harrisonville, MO.

 

We are looking for a Regional Manufacturing Manager (RMM) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee manufacturing operations, logistics, and inventory within an assigned region. You will ensure safety, quality, service, productivity, and financial performance through effective leadership and collaboration with various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Drive lean transformation and adhere to the ADS operating system.
  • Provide excellent customer service through high-quality standards and delivery expectations.
  • Develop a strategic talent plan for all levels in the region.
  • Promote positive employee engagement.
  • Build and adhere to an annual budget aligned with strategy deployment.
  • Lead the implementation of the Green Line Operating System (LEAN) and instill a metrics-driven approach.
  • Communicate effectively across all functional departments.
  • Travel 50% of the time.

Qualifications

  • 4-year Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in an organization.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Experience in logistics. 
  • Experience with trend analysis, risk reduction, continuous improvement and/or LEAN principles desired.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
