JOB SUMMARY:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring efficient procurement of materials, and strategically managing inventory levels. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Procurement Specialist will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Collaborate with headquarters and Plants in Korea & Vietnam to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.
Analyze and assess supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and collaboration within the supply chain.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
