Job Location: On-site at Spartronics facility: 750 East 1600 North in North Logan, Utah 84341

Position Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Hours: 16–35 hours per week

Duration: May- August 2025


Spartronics is seeking a temporary Document Review Assistant to support our team in organizing and maintaining our document archives. This role involves reviewing, scanning, and sorting older documents to improve our records management systems. The position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking flexible, part-time work during the summer months.



Requirements:

What a Day Looks Like:

· Review older physical documents for relevance and organization.

· Scan documents into digital formats using company equipment.

· Sort and categorize files according to established procedures.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned files.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Ensure records are discarded appropriately.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Familiarity with office equipment – especially scanners, copiers, and filing systems.

· Ability to follow instructions and stay on task with minimal supervision.

· Strong time management skills – able to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

· Experience handling confidential documents or working in an office environment (a plus but not required).


What You'll Need to Bring:

Education - High school diploma or equivalent required.


Skills:

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic computer & scanning equipment proficiency.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
