The Contract Manager will be responsible for the overall contract management and the primary point of contact for the client and all Armed Protective Security Officers. In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Contract Manager oversees and manages all security operations.
Essential Job Duties:
Supervising all individuals on the Federal Protective Services contract including, but not limited to Armed Protective Security Officers, Armed Supervisors, and administrative staff.
Ensuring all posts are covered by trained and certified Protective Service Officers daily.
Ensuring employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract to include: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control, and management of key personnel
Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegations
Ensure all equipment and property are tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded
Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the workforce complies with program requirements
Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the Statement of Work
Ensure that all employees are in compliance with all contract and state requirements
Work closely with the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Protective Services personnel.
Qualifications
Must be able to obtaiin a Secret Clearance and/or Top Secret Clearance
A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience. The specialized experience includes project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study preferred or have substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military, or business management experience, which demonstrates an individual’s capacity to effectively manage a security force and contract/task order equivalent to scope, magnitude, and complexity as described in the essential job functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Pay:
Annual Salary- $98,000
