Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of theAcademic Achievement Center (AAC) is a central leadership position within adynamic and student-centered community. The ideal candidate will have extensiveprofessional experience and a strong commitment to supporting student successin a community college setting. This role involves overseeing the day-to-dayoperations of the center, managing peer tutoring programs, supervising testingservices, and working closely with the Director to deliver high-qualityacademic support services that meet the needs of MassBay's students. TheAssistant Director will play a key role in promoting a student-centeredenvironment and supporting academic achievement for a wide range of learners.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 83,000.00 Annual Salary
