1. Purpose

Lead all activities pertaining to accounts receivable in the region

2. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operational

·       Support in the development of standards for Accounts Receivable process

·       Responsible for driving adherence to the formulated standards for Accounts Receivables process in the region

·       Ensure an effective accounts receivable process by monitoring and reviewing the Accounts Receivable and Credit Note / Debit Note Management activities in the region

·       Ensure appropriate accounting of the accounts receivables transactions across the region

  • Ensure the timely generation of invoices for customers in the region as per the terms and conditions in the customer contract and agreed payment schedule
  • Provide any invoicing related support as required to the Sales Support teams in the region
  • Provide any collections related support to the Sales Support teams in the region
  • Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and respond appropriately to audit queries

·       Provide support to team members through effective monitoring, review of performance parameters and provision of periodic feedback
