Overview
The incumbent will be required to support the sales team in provision of timely, competitive rates to the customers through liaison and effective interaction with product teams, implementation of strong follow ups after rate quotation to ensure conversion of business etc.

Role & Responsibilities:
•Deliver timely and competitive rates to the customers to ensure business wins with timely follow ups.
•Maintain and update the record of business queries received and won for gauging performance.
•Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with the existing customers.
•Deliver information and/or solution that is based on the customer’s business requirements & cost models.
•Provide effective feedback for system or process improvement leading to increased business wins.
•Ensure that KPIs agreed between the customers and DGF are met through strong SOP orientation.
•Recommend changes or process improvement in the SOP - Support and coordinate development and implementation of country initiatives and programs.
•Assist in providing sales performance statistics.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
•Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in sales & marketing department at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
•Proficient knowledge about sales & marketing procedure and policies.
•Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
