Overview

Sev1Tech is looking for a Software Developer to support our customer in creating capabilities and providing technical services and subject matter expertise in Mission Command and C2 Maneuver systems. You will provide primary technical support to various radar systems to include AN/TPQ – 53 Radar System.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK AT FT. SILL, OKLAHOMA

 

  • Must be able to perform routine duties in an industrial security office to obtain security clearance on employees, control employee identification cards and records, maintain lock and key records, and arrange visit authorizations for employees and others to gain access to restricted areas.
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software for a variety of engineering applications.  
  • Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements.
  • Assist in developing tools and interfaces.  
  • Assist in design, development, and testing of operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications.  
  • Assist in setting operational specifications and formulate and analyzing software requirements.  
  • Assist in design embedded systems software. 
  • Analyze user needs; develop and design software solutions.
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software for a variety of engineering applications.  
  • Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements.
  • Assist in developing tools and interfaces.  
  • Assist in design, development, and testing of operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications.  
  • Assist in setting operational specifications and formulate and analyzing software requirements.

  • Analyze user needs; develop and design software solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Must have a minimum of an active US Secret level clearance
  • 1 year of related experience and Bachelor's Degree in any related field. 
  • Willing to travel up to 10% CONUS to support operational requirements
  • Must meet DODD 8140.01 "Cyber Workforce Management" Basic cyberspace workforce foundational qualification (DCWF) requirements.
  • Experience with: Linux Development, JAVA, ADA, or C++ Software Languages


Qualifications



  • Understanding and experience in the complete life cycle of the software in military systems
  • Certificate/Encryption Knowledge
  • Familiarity with CECOM Software Engineering Center Post-Production Software Sustainment (PPSS) processes a plus
  • Experience with AGILE development and Atlassian Tools would be a plus
